We may share your personal information with FCA-authorised claims management companies and/or SRA-regulated solicitors for the purpose of assessing whether you may have a claim relating to mis-sold or overcharged vehicle finance agreements, including Discretionary Commission Arrangement (DCA) claims. These partners may contact you by telephone, email, or SMS to discuss your potential claim. A list of the specific companies and firms we work with is available on request. Once your data is passed to one of our panel partners, that partner will become a separate data controller for the personal data they receive. Their use of your data will be governed by their own privacy policy, which they will provide to you.
